Our new Battle Fitness classes are a mix of functional, high intensity, boot camp style workouts that can take place in or outdoors. This specific way of training not only challenges you physically and mentally, but we guarantee a full body workout, whilst being surrounded by like minded people on their personal fitness journey too. These classes are “results focused”, designed and taken by a specialised military instructor with proven results to get you in the shape of your life!
